I am so thankful to finally be done with my college algebra class. I took my last final today and I passed! I was finally at the point today where I didn’t even care if I passed I was just ready to be done.
Last night I stayed up until 4:30am studying for my math test. If I hadn’t passed this class, I was going to have to go a whole extra semester. It would push my graduation date back, and it’s not like I am going to die of old age or anything. I just didn’t want to have to spend all of the extra money.
Anyway, so math finals are done now so maybe I can finally get some of the stuff done that I have been needing to get done. Like cheer camp and laundry.
I am so behind on laundry it is not even funny. But I will deal with it tomorrow. Tonight I am going to take a long hot bath, watch a movie, and paint my toes. Maybe eat some cake.
July just flew right on by, and I think the heat went with it. I never thought that it could be this cold in August in Texas, but it is. It is like in the low 80s high 70s outside and there is a beautiful breeze. Perfect for out-door picnics and such.
Unfortunately I am stuck in the house. Doing my least favorite thing in the world. Math. I am taking my final next week, and my wonderful teacher opened up all of the home work and quizzes from this morning at eight till tomorrow night at ten for us to redo anything that we wanted a higher grade on, and to practice. I am very thankful for this opportunity, because the more home work and quizzes that I can get to a 100, the less points I have to get on my final. If I get my quiz percentage to a 100% average, and my homework to a 90% average then I only have to make like a 55 on my final! Which should be doable.
Anyway, I am back off to work on math. I hope that everyone is having a great summer, if you did anything fun this summer be sure to tell me all about it in the comments! I will be posting about my California road trip hopefully sometime in the next two weeks. Have a great weekend!
